Super Rigid Guidance System

Technical Information  Rigidity Test GuideMax Unit Type Contact Us

Features

  • High Rigidity - GuideMax is composed of a robust guide pin, bushing and roller bearing cage which creates 50 times higher contact surface between the roller bearing and the bearing raceway. Due to its wider contact, the guidance successfully achieves very high rigidity for bending or distorting deformation such as off center movement.

  • High Accuracy - The concept of cross roller bearings and needle roller bearings protects from rotational load which occurres by off center movement, resulting in excellent repetitive accuracy and straightness.

  • Long Life - Due to the appropriate preload (0.002-0.003mm per side) between guide pin and bushing, GuideMax is able to last a much longer time compared to a conventional ball bearing type. It helps to prolong the life of stamping tool or mechanical equipment.

  • Low vibration - The unique retention system for roller bearing enabled to eliminate roller skew and ensure very smooth rolling. Crowning is provided by the entrance of raceway to eliminate vibration and noise.
