High Rigidity - Achieved by using carbide material (equivalent
to V30) instead of high speed steel for Sub Guide Post. Young modules and bending strength are much superior to hard steel.
Low Thermal Expansions -
Due to the inherent characteristic of carbide material, the carbide posts hardly
expand, in high temperature caused under speed operation. Therefore, the carbide post leads to minimize
tracking and grooving at the surface of the post, which brings much longer life.
Minimized Clearance between Post and Bushing -
Just .00006" (.0015mm) clearance between post and bushing per side.
Such a tighter clearance enables us to maintain an extremely tight
cutting clearance as long as possible, and produce very precise and stable stamped
parts, without seizing.
